Largest and grandest Pagoda in Indonesia.

Indonesia has many impressive architectural masterpiece, but certainly many of us are only familiar with Borobudur, Prambanan or Garuda Wisnu Kencana in Bali and the Istiqlal Mosque, one of the largest mosque in Southeast Asia.

Among all buildings masterpiece definitely above many they do not know about Taman Alam Lumbini. This park is the highest and most beautiful pagoda in Indonesia. Why do I say the most beautiful, because it is located on a hill in the northern region of Sumatra Berastagi. Greatness Pagoda in Taman Alam Lumbini is visible because of the magnificent building covered with gold paint color is very bright. Size of the building was also very big so we could go in every corner of this pagoda in awe.

Pagoda Alam Lumbini Park can be reached by car. About 2-3 hours long journey from Medan, depending on traffic conditions. Pagoda Taman Alam Lumbini is located in the village of Tongkoh, Berastagi, North Sumatra. Create a bacpacker-Silk can ride public transportation to Berastagi costs about $ 10,000 or less.
